Welcome back to yet another fun year at the Pumpkin Patch! This will be our 5th year going to Mahaffy Ranch Pumpkin Patch and we could not be more excited to do this. We wanted to thank Mahaffy Ranch for having us yet again at their ranch, its always fun times when we are there!

This year we have 6 different packages to choose from. This way you have options and you can decide what kind of package better suits you and your family.
2023 Highlights at the Pumpkin Patch

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR ATTENDING YOUR SESSION

Hi there! I’m Maria & I can’t wait to see you at our exciting Pumpkin Patch Event!
Meeting Location
Photographer will be waiting near these signs or by the animals which are just the right of that. These signs are located near the carts at the main entrance.
This year everyone who wants to participate in this amazing event with us, needs to book their session online. If you need assistance with booking, we would love for you to message us via Facebook or email & will help you book your session. There are few options this year for payments: 1. You can pay in full for your session online to reserve your spot. 2. You can pay $45 non refundable fee to reserve your spot & then pay the rest at the session with cash and or check.
This year we are implementing retainer/deposit fee of $45 for any and all session types. We thought long and hard about implementing this feature and we finally decided that it would be appropriate to add it this year and see how it goes. This fee is a non-refundable fee to reserve your spot for the day when you have a session with us at the Pumpkin Patch. If something takes place and you can’t make it, please message us to reschedule 24-48 hrs in advance. We appreciate it in advance!:)
It can be confusing once you get to the Pumpkin Patch and you can’t find your photographer, so to make things easier for everyone, photographer will have a black backpack and a camera (you can’t miss her). She will be standing by the “signs” or by the animals shown in the picture.
Once the photographer is by the signs and or by animals, she will wait until the session time + 10 minutes after to insure that the client and the photographer indeed meet. If client was not able to make it, re-schedule is available once photographer get’s into town. There is no reception at the ranch, so keep that in mind. We also recommend to communicate with your photographer 24 hours before the session via email or Facebook.
Lastly, have fun! This is your time to spend some quality time with your family and take some stunning photographs to capture those memories forever. Be in the moment and enjoy the day.

What is a non-refundable fee mean?
The non-refundable fee is collected strictly to reserve your spot with Ancestry Photography on the day of your session. We had situations in the past where folks did not show up or cancelled and we understand. However, for business purposes and for our clients that may be on the waiting list, we are now going to be implementing a non-refundable fee. That fee is apart of your session amount, so if your session is $60 & you just paid that non-refundable fee online, you would only need to bring $15 to fulfill rest of the session cost.
What happens if we don’t see you at the venue and or if we cancel last minute?
Great question! If you show up and you don’t see me at the spot that we originally talked about and or you have seen on the website, then I would suggest waiting for me (photographer) for at least 10 minutes and if I don’t show up, rescheduling will take place once I’m in town. I’m typically walking around the ranch with my previous session and or doing a quick run to my car to prep for my next session. Either way around, I should be at the ranch! I will also message you prior to the session 24hr before to confirm our appt or reschedule it. Another situation happened where I was waiting for a client and did not see them at the spot where we originally were suppose to meet. Since there is no reception at the ranch, we just rescheduled once I was in town:)
If you cancel last minute, we can always reschedule. Life happens and we completely understand. So let’s communicate as best as we can. As far as non-refundable fee, that will be counted towards your rescheduled session.
What if I want to bring my whole family that has 10+ family members, is there an extra cost?
Yes, there is. Our group number is 6 and if there are more than 6 people that are coming to the session, there is an additional $10 per person fee. You can pay that at the session with cash/check or I can send you an invoice after the session.
Do you do touch ups post session and is there a cost?
If there is something that you would like me to edit or change in the photo, yes there is a fee for that. Only because that takes an additional time frame to accommodate. There is a $25 fee for every 10 pictures edited. If it’s just one photo that you would like to do an edit to, then there is no charge. You can pay for that service via invoice that I would send to you after the session, if that is something you would like to add.
Touch ups include: smoothing an area, deleting an object or adding an object, patching something on the image & etc.
What if my session goes overtime or I arrive late to the session, what happens then?
Wonderful question! If session goes overtime, that’s typically running into someone else’s session time, so I would recommend booking extra time with us via selecting one of our “ADD ON’S” that you will see when booking a session with us. If we run overtime by 5-10 minutes and there is no session after our current session, that would work our just fine! My main goal is to not rush our sessions but rather enjoy time with everyone:)
If you arrive late, I absolutely understand. Our session will be cut a little bit, however, price will stay the same. If it happens to be if I’m running late by 10 minutes, the price will be decreased but the session time will stay the same.
